Dr. Aiswarya Rao is a Pediatrician by profession. She has worked for more than 15 years in the implementation of the HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention programs for the Government of India, Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. Currently she is running a Shelter for Homeless Women with Disabilities in Chennai with a focus on their access to employment and sports. When she is not working on social causes, she is an avid quilter, and a music and film producer.
